We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. (Anything purchased from the sale tab or at a discount 40% off or greater is considered final sale). All packages must be returned in original condition and packaging as applicable, contain original tags, and sent back within 10 days of the ship date. Please email email@example.com with any questions, concerns, pictures of items, etc. as needed, as well as a request for a return authorization form. All returns/exchanges MUST have a valid RA to be eligable for return/exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend insuring packages high in value, as well as delicate merchandise.
